The Voyager is Custom Container Living’s premier off-grid floor plan, designed for customers seeking greater independence without sacrificing comfortable living space. This 640-square-foot home includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom, making it suitable for full-time off-grid living, homesteads, ranch properties, remote family retreats and luxury cabins. The additional bedroom provides flexibility for family members, guests, storage or a home office, while the shared living areas support everyday use in locations beyond traditional utility infrastructure. The Voyager is factory-built inside CCL’s climate-controlled manufacturing facility using durable steel container construction and quality craftsmanship. Available off-grid technology, home systems and finish selections can be configured around the property’s climate, access and intended level of self-sufficiency. CCL will review the proposed site and selected systems before finalizing the home package because remote installations and code requirements vary by location. The starting price represents the home’s standard factory-built configuration as described in the purchase specifications. Selected upgrades, state-specific code or weather packages, delivery, installation, foundation, site preparation, permits, utility connections, taxes and other site-related expenses are not included unless specifically stated. Final pricing and production requirements will be confirmed after CCL reviews the project location and completed selections.

- Reservation expires if the construction agreement is not executed within five business days.
- If the agreement is not executed, CCL will refund the deposit.
- The 5% deposit is credited toward the first 25% contractual payment.
- Final payment includes approved change orders, customer additions, authorized material adjustments and other outstanding balances.
- Delivery will not be scheduled until final payment has cleared.
- Lender-funded projects may follow a written payment schedule approved by CCL and the lending institution.
- The executed construction agreement controls if its terms differ from this general schedule.

The 5% reservation deposit is fully refundable until the construction agreement is executed. If the construction agreement is not executed within five business days after the deposit is paid, the reservation will expire and CCL will refund the deposit to the original payment method, unless the customer and CCL agree in writing to extend the review period.
