This 640-square-foot home includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a convenient half bathroom within an efficient single-story layout. The thoughtful arrangement provides the privacy and function needed for full-time living while maintaining a footprint that works well for infill lots, lake properties, urban settings, vacation destinations and ADU applications. It is an excellent choice for couples, downsizers, small households and rental investors who need flexibility without sacrificing comfort. Built from two 40-foot shipping containers, the Retreat is manufactured inside Custom Container Living’s climate-controlled facility using durable steel construction and quality materials. Available finishes and upgrades allow customers to personalize the home for its surroundings and intended use. The starting price represents the home’s standard factory-built configuration as described in the purchase specifications. Selected upgrades, state-specific code or weather packages, delivery, installation, foundation, site preparation, permits, utility connections, taxes and other site-related expenses are not included unless specifically stated. Final pricing and production requirements will be confirmed after CCL reviews the project location and completed selections.

- Reservation expires if the construction agreement is not executed within five business days.
- If the agreement is not executed, CCL will refund the deposit.
- The 5% deposit is credited toward the first 25% contractual payment.
- Final payment includes approved change orders, customer additions, authorized material adjustments and other outstanding balances.
- Delivery will not be scheduled until final payment has cleared.
- Lender-funded projects may follow a written payment schedule approved by CCL and the lending institution.
- The executed construction agreement controls if its terms differ from this general schedule.

The 5% reservation deposit is fully refundable until the construction agreement is executed. If the construction agreement is not executed within five business days after the deposit is paid, the reservation will expire and CCL will refund the deposit to the original payment method, unless the customer and CCL agree in writing to extend the review period.
