The Micro Pod is designed for customers who want the freedom of tiny living with a clean, open and highly functional layout. Within 160 square feet, this studio floor plan combines the living and sleeping areas with a practical kitchenette and private full bathroom. The efficient design makes it a strong fit for a guest house, backyard ADU, weekend cabin, hunting property, vacation rental, home office or low-maintenance personal retreat. Its compact footprint works especially well on smaller properties and in locations where a simple, efficient living solution is the priority. The Micro Pod is factory-built inside Custom Container Living’s climate-controlled facility with the strength of steel container construction and the craftsmanship expected from CCL. Available finish and feature selections allow customers to make the space their own without losing the simplicity and value of the original design. The starting price represents the home’s standard factory-built configuration as described in the purchase specifications. Selected upgrades, state-specific code or weather packages, delivery, installation, foundation, site preparation, permits, utility connections, taxes and other site-related expenses are not included unless specifically stated. Final pricing and production requirements will be confirmed after CCL reviews the project location and completed selections.

- Reservation expires if the construction agreement is not executed within five business days.
- If the agreement is not executed, CCL will refund the deposit.
- The 5% deposit is credited toward the first 25% contractual payment.
- Final payment includes approved change orders, customer additions, authorized material adjustments and other outstanding balances.
- Delivery will not be scheduled until final payment has cleared.
- Lender-funded projects may follow a written payment schedule approved by CCL and the lending institution.
- The executed construction agreement controls if its terms differ from this general schedule.

The 5% reservation deposit is fully refundable until the construction agreement is executed. If the construction agreement is not executed within five business days after the deposit is paid, the reservation will expire and CCL will refund the deposit to the original payment method, unless the customer and CCL agree in writing to extend the review period.
